ClientGuru is a product of Vorrium Labs LLC, a portfolio software company based in Cumberland County, North Carolina. We build AI-powered tools for real estate professionals.

Account information: When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and password (encrypted). You may optionally sign in with Google, in which case we receive your name and email from Google.
Meeting and client data: Notes, audio transcriptions, AI-generated summaries, action items, and client details that you enter or record through the app. This data belongs to you.
Usage data: Basic app usage information such as features used, session length, and error logs. We use this to improve the product — never to profile you or your clients.
Device information: Device type, operating system, and app version for troubleshooting purposes.
ClientGuru's live recording feature processes audio locally on your device using your device's built-in speech recognition. We do not store raw audio files on our servers. Transcriptions are processed and stored as text only.
You are responsible for obtaining consent from anyone you record. Laws on recording vary by state and country. In many US states, all-party consent is required. Please familiarize yourself with the laws in your jurisdiction before using the recording feature.
We never use your client data to train AI models. When you analyze a meeting with ClientGuru, your notes and transcriptions are sent to Anthropic's Claude API for processing. This analysis is performed in real time and is subject to Anthropic's privacy policy. We do not store your raw meeting content on our servers beyond what is necessary to display it in your account.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information or client data with third parties for their marketing purposes. Period.

Your account data is retained as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will permanently delete your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

We use industry-standard security practices to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Passwords are never stored in plain text. We regularly review our security practices.

ClientGuru is intended for professional use by adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.
